recently opened in Toronto on forever trendy Ossington Ave. A tad under the radar (unusual in Toronto where bloggers hype every opening to death), this 35 seat bistro has a lot going for it including a chef with an enviable history, spot on service and a kitchen open until 2am (still rare in this city) that serves a reasonably priced meat or veg prix fixe nightly. The food so far is hit n miss (more hit than miss thankfully - I tried the steamy purple potatoes, seen below but not the lobster roll sadly…) so the potential is here for this well designed spot to do well.
