quality pizza in toronto

there’s no lack of good, pizza in T.O. these days. It seems that authentic “Neapolitan” style joints are popping up all over town like mushrooms after the rain. That’s really swell - however my question shall forever remain - why can’t we get the same great pizza as delivery? Why is it that in Toronto ALL the delivery options suck? WHY? There’s a business idea - are you listening? ;-)
anyways…
The latest sit down pizzeria to open is Via Mercanti in Kensington Market.

some of the others (insanely popular just to let ya know):

P.S. There is a deep dish pizza outfit that is doing delivery only. It’s called Parlour Deep Dish Pizza. My tip is to skip it - not only is it expensive ($25 plus delivery PLUS tip) it was also very bland and cold.
