Le Ti Colibri
just opened in Kensington Market. It is perhaps Toronto’s 1st French Caribbean Le “Snack” as they call it. I just checked it out (I ordered the dish above - shrimp fritters and saltfish patties).
It’s very unassuming from the outside however the owner’s are cool, it’s reasonably priced, there’s a backyard Tiki Hut and I could just, without warning, become addicted to the homemade hot sauce (I’m telling ya - IT IS HOT!) awww summer…
