much like SD (the Pearl), Marfa (the Thunderbird) and Portland (the Jupiter), Vancouver now has it’s own 50s era motor lodge turned hip ho/tel/stel with requisite winky attitude - aimed right at the 20 year old (penny pinching) jetsetter. Complete with a 24hr diner, bikes, central courtyard for posing, vintage furniture. of course…
